Omatic works to democratize data access for non-profits by centralizing fundraiser, donor, and contact information. Their cloud software service integrates disparate data sources from numerous SaaS providers such as Salesforce and Mailchimp.
The challenge.
Omatic needed an integration solution to consume information from various external APIs without creating libraries to store each data set. They needed to enable ingestion of large, assorted data files from multiple API sources and automate the processes and files that configure the user interface, so it shows the exact information needed for integrating new APIs.

The solution.
Omatic started with a one-year software outsourcing engagement to build the integration platform, then transitioned to a staff augmentation model that has continued for over three years. We provided nearshore engineers with C#, .NET, Azure, Kubernetes, and Docker expertise to scale the API connector platform and the CI/CD workflows around it.
